Boris Kilimnik joins QBO as Federal Strategic Advisor
Twenty years bringing next-generation technology to federal agencies, from a SATCOM engineer at DISA to the Department of Defense.
Boris is Federal Sales Director for Session Smart Routing at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where he started the federal SSR practice and grew it past $60M in revenue in four years, finishing as the number one SSR sales representative globally from 2021 to 2025. Before that he led federal and SATCOM sales at 128 Technology, and DoD sales at Ribbon Communications, where he made the Circle of Excellence in 2017 and 2018.
He spent five years at Riverbed, latterly managing the Americas channel systems engineering team, and before that leading the channel SE team supporting 37 partners and close to $100M in revenue. He was named Riverbed Channel Sales Engineer of the Year in 2012. He started out as a SATCOM engineer at DISA, and has been a member of AFCEA since 2016.
He is the first of QBO’s advisors focused squarely on the federal mission.
